ARTS TO RISE  -  A platform that brings together people (artists and audiences) for whom art is, beyond entertainment or a pleasant activity, a real need. This need is in fact an extraordinarily valuable quality that brings health and happiness to our lives.

This quality can be developed and must be shared. The responsibility for its development lies both on the "creators" and the "beneficiaries" of this art, since that wonderful phenomenon that occurs on occasions during the production and the contemplation of a deep work can only take place simultaneously. It is, therefore, a bidirectional phenomenon.

Communion by sympathy of minds is necessary for the appreciation of art and must be based on mutual concessions. The viewer must cultivate the proper attitude to receive a message, just as the artist must know how to impart it.
